Who we are

When you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp, email or the website form, we may collect your name, contact details, pickup and destination addresses, journey date and time, passenger and luggage information, return-journey details, and any relevant requirements you choose to provide.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, arrange and complete journeys, communicate changes, process payments, maintain booking and accounting records, handle complaints, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Our reasons for using it

We normally use your information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before providing a service, to fulfil an agreed booking, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business purposes such as keeping accurate records and improving customer service.

Who information may be shared with

Information is shared only where reasonably necessary. This may include a C&P Taxis driver completing your journey, payment providers, website and communications providers, professional advisers, regulators, licensing authorities, or law-enforcement bodies where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it remains useful for responding to you. Booking, payment and business records may be retained for longer where needed for accounting, tax, legal, licensing, insurance or dispute-handling purposes. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely disposed of.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of use, objection to processing, or transfer of information. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

Security and external services

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. The website and enquiry form are provided using Wix services. If you contact us using WhatsApp, Facebook or another external service, that provider will also process information under its own privacy terms.
